Every piece is printed to order and shipped straight to you. Here is how that works.
Shipping
Shipping is free to the United States and the European Union. The price on the page is the price you pay, with delivery already built in. Taxes, where they apply, appear at checkout.
How long it takes
Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. Each piece is made after you order it. Printing usually takes 3 to 7 days, and delivery adds more time depending on where you live. You will get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Sizing and color
You choose your size and color at checkout. If you are between sizes, write to us before you order and we will help you pick. Because each piece is made for you, we cannot take returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind.
Damaged or misprinted
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery and send a clear photo. We will reprint it or refund you. You do not need to send the item back.
Lost in the mail
If your package never arrives, write to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will sort it out.
