The books
Two books. One practice.
The first makes the case and traces where the practice came from. The second tells you what to buy, what to cook, and what to expect on each of the three days. They are written to be read in that order, and either one stands on its own.

Soup Remembers
Six unrelated cultures, separated by oceans and centuries, arrived at the same practice without ever meeting. This book follows that convergence: where soup cleansing came from, why it was something healthy people did on a rhythm rather than a treatment for the sick, what happens physiologically over three days, and where the evidence genuinely runs out. It ends with sixteen recipes and a protocol you can actually follow.

The Soup Cleanse Companion
The working manual. Shopping lists, prep sequences, and a day-by-day account of what the three days actually feel like, including the second one. Vegan and carnivore tracks run in parallel throughout, along with guidance on building your own blends from what is already in your kitchen rather than shopping to a script.

Kellen Novels

Field note
Both books were reviewed by a registered dietitian before publication. Claims that could not be supported were cut rather than softened, which is why the evidence chapter is shorter than you might expect and more useful than most.
